The Thought

Whenever one sets to achieve something, a specific purpose exists. Defining this purpose is crucial, but what is more crucial is to define how the end result will look like.

What points must be taken into consideration while one does that?

Imagine you wish to achieve a target of Rs.10 Lakhs.or if you a student, you are aiming for a specific score say 90%, or if you are a sales head, you are trying to reach a cumulative target of 1 crore.
This aspects are all quantifiable, but imagine if you are an HR head, how can you quantify your success?
Can you say, by this campaign, I wish to make 80% of my Employee happy?
Strange!!! right, we all know it's not possible.

But our human desire is to always try to decode things related to business and quantify it.
Hence,
Organization needs to decide what exactly they wish to witness. What is the end result which they can live with?
 The same applies to human, the people. We too need to decide and think first, what end results do we wish to achieve?
Steps to define the end result

1. Know whom you want to make happy, your boss, your customer, yourself.
2. Know your target audience, your Boss might always like things in numbers, 60%, 90% is what makes him happy, so if your target is to make your boss feel great, give him the numbers.

3. Define how your end looks like, give it a good thought and think of the key elements.

Only when you have defined your end result, you must take the step towards it.
