Mahatma Gandhi gave emphasis on learning through experience than learning through formal education. Gandhi learned that education can be both liberating and confining. For him, managing beneficial change depended upon knowing what knowledge to use and what knowledge to look beyond, modify or reject entirely. This chapter teaches how leaders can use knowledge.
