How to bridge the difference between a Starter and an Expert

The Thought
Whats the difference between being a Starter and the Expert? The difference between novice and the Pro?
What makes you transform through each level?

Have you tried learning a skill and left it at some point? Did you tried to loose weight, build that dream body, write the novel you always wanted to, started a business and quit before it went for Money?
If Yes, then this post will tell you why this happened and how you can avoid it for the next attempt of yours.
Most of us start the day with the thought of doing so many things. We write diaries but rarely all gets completed. The Big reason.
We always quit before we are very near.
Kindly look at the graph.
The Starter to Expertise Vs Time graph is shown. Points to understand is

1. The beginners Luck, is the phase when the first growth happenes. Everyone talks and feels good about the new initiative.
2. After this a slack comes in, which diminishes, and at the point (X) as shown, most people quit or change their needs.
3. Only if you are able to sustain long enough, you start having a significant growth.

The Idea:

Consistent Knowledge and growth is the key to being Expert.
Its when you reach a Point where you believe that you msut quit, at this point alone, "Continue".
