Management Internships--------Part 1

The Thought:

With infinite MBA instituions and lot many to come, they education system is preparing world class followers and obedient lazy people. What they do when the come for internship? 

A Case

There is a MBA college somewhere in North of india. They offer the so called MBA, and in it they provide 75 days of internship Gaps ( yes so long so that enough time is available to plan new enterants ).
The Business is great, but the students already in the course are greater.
Guess what, they do 45 days internship  and for rest 30 days, take a break, they chill out.
They crib about the problems they face from management, how they feel cheated and that they had more talent than being utilized, and most of them are waiting, waiting for that one day when they will get chance and show to the world............

But, wait, in the same class there are few students, who, instead of cribbing, take the pain, Join second internships, or start some valuable work ( their own work/ business).

There are few students, who instead of cribbing the college, move ahead, talk to professors or the right guide, to train them on subjects they have no idea. They don't waste their energy on what has happened, instead utilize it to change the position they are in.


Its these people. the 3Dimension, who make it Big, who change the course, and infact change their own destiny.
