When was the last time you thought that your Management had a very stupid idea, and are doing it all wrong? When was the last time you thought that your boss doesnt understand anything about the way your Work is to be done?
When was the last time you thought that if given power you will change the complete way the system work?

Very recently............. Right.

Most of today's young professionals live with the thought that their understanding of New media is much more than their bosses.
And yeah you are right when you think that, but what they do not understand that the understanding of their bosses about the Business the company is in is much much more than the young.
No doubt that as a young lad and internet freak, you have an idea about how the Market responds to a particular campaign.
But give a thought when your boss says, "It won't work".

He is not always trying to bring you down, instead he is also responsible to his own Boss or Management towards the growth of the company.

Give your Boss the room to understand the Medium.
Yeah, its hard for him to Learn from you, his ever increasing Ego will stop him to Learn, So make it easier for him.
Don't worry, even if you fail, you will be in the same situation.
Although you will need lots of patience ( our generation lack that ) but still if you are ready to Invest............if you can Sell your idea well,
