With n number of institutions and colleges creeping in the so called Education system of India, we need to encourage people to start business so as to absorb these students. But, the question stands tall, what qualitites does these Businesses look for and above all what they must actually look for. The Post discusses the ride of a prospect from Expectation, Skills, and right expectation.

there are only 290 Searches around for words "How to get a Great Job" with almost no competition
While for "How to get a Good Job" there are 1900+ Searches, with very high Competition.

The point I wish to drive is
"Today's youth are aiming for just good". The Whole society, generation is looking for a Good job.
One can argue that its just the lingo, offcourse I would say, but lingo's are by product of the thought process inside the mind.
It hurts to see today's youth just aiming for good, settling for decent enough.

Why can't we aim for something great, i.e instead of aiming for good, go out there and prove your genius.
